QVRN / The program
How it works.
One connected process, from before an event to the last invoice: four phases, two response tracks, and a clear path to participation.
A different model for response
Four phases. One connected process.
01 / Before the event
Prepare
Be positioned before the event
Vendors complete qualification, identify their service categories and markets, and may seek participation in regional CAT or daily service networks. Property intelligence, readiness planning and approved pre-positioning arrangements help organize the response before losses occur.
02 / When action is needed
Respond
Coordinated activation
When a loss occurs, the response process supports communications, vendor activation, mobilization, access coordination, safety considerations and ongoing status reporting. Actual assignments depend on the association, contracts, availability and applicable approvals.
03 / During the project
Manage
Documented project execution
Project-support services can include damage assessments, ROM budgeting, scope and estimating, T&M clerking, moisture mapping, photo logs, bid leveling, schedules, progress reports and quality review. Services are structured for the property or association and support a more organized contractor workflow.
04 / Through closeout
Recover
A clearer path to closeout
Consistent records, verified milestones, final documentation and transparent reconciliation can reduce avoidable disputes and help streamline payment review. Payment outcomes and timelines remain subject to the applicable contracts and claims process.
Two response tracks
Daily work, CAT work, or both.
You choose in the application, along with the cities and regions you can cover.
Daily / Non-CAT Response
Everyday losses at individual buildings: water, fire, smoke, mold and storm damage, scheduled as they happen.
- Steady, local work across your service area
- Mitigation, restoration, roofing and professional services
- Normal scheduling and response times
CAT Large-Loss Response
Catastrophe events, such as hurricanes and other declared events, when many properties are hit at once and vendors mobilize crews, equipment and logistics at scale.
- Large, time-critical deployments
- Crews, equipment, temporary logistics and support services
- Mobilization plans reviewed in advance
