QVRN / Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How applications are reviewed, what the application asks, where you can work, and what qualification does and doesn't mean.

Who reviews my application?

The program team reviews every application by hand, including licenses, insurance and references, before a decision is made.

How long is the application?

Eight sections. You can save a draft and come back any time before you submit. The Requirements page lists what each section asks for.

Does qualification guarantee me work?

No. Qualification puts you in position to be considered. Actual assignments depend on the property or association, the applicable contracts, availability and approvals, and no exclusivity or payment timing is guaranteed.

Can I choose where I work?

Yes. The application asks whether you take Daily / Non-CAT work, CAT large-loss work or both, the cities you serve each day with a service radius, and the CAT regions and states you would deploy to.

What if I answer Yes to a disclosure question?

A Yes does not automatically disqualify you. Disclosures are evaluated during qualification and verification, so give the approximate date and current status in the details.

What happens when my insurance expires?

Keep required certificates current. An expired certificate can pause your participation until a new one is uploaded.

Is there an application fee?

Any application processing fee is shown on the final step, before you submit.

Who runs QVRN?

QVRN, the Qualified Vendor Response Network, is powered by Emetratech.
